Not sure how thick the walls/ceilings are but we kept hearing the people from the floor/room above us walking and it kept waking us up 😬

I reserved king room with sofa bed. They rent it out for someone, then when I came and paid for my room, they didn’t tell me anything. And I thought I’m going in to the room that I paid for. I was surprised to see two beds in the room which was not what I ordered through this app I went back to the front desk and told receptionist that this is not what I ordered, they sad they don’t have any rooms left that have a king bed with sofa. Now the room I moved in was dirty, blankets had makeup stains and who knows what else, bathroom door was splashed with coffee and the stain was still on it, thick layer of dust was on tv and all of the light fixtures. when I came to the person on the front desk they sad that the housekeepers are not there anymore so they can move as in to the different room, but by that time we needed to go to the meeting that was a reason why we came to Visalia, I told the guy as the front seat please, don’t rent it, we gonna take it when we come back. Guess what… they rented that room so we end up staying in the dirty room. I regret staying there I travel very often and this is first time I see something like this. not even one time I had a complain about dirty room. but filthy beds is to much
