Breakfast was excellent Great Location Overall service was great

The room across the ice machine and being on the first floor was very noisy. Next time I will prefer a room away from the ice maker and the exercise area. The restroom vent was very noisy. The guest on the top floor woke me up several times during the night.

The pool was under repair which would have been nice to know at checkin I had 3 teenagers with me with the expectation of swimming. When I asked about the pool and commented that’s why we book the hotel the lady in a really rude voice said well you can just cancel then. There were no trash bags in the trash cans in the room and when it comes to breakfast options there are NO sugar free options or low carb. So a hotel I paid almost $100 for so They could swim and I wouldn’t have to entertain these teenagers outside of the hotel and breakfast so I we wouldn’t have to eat out Andes up costing me $200 more to do both. Not pleased with this at all and when I tried to cancel my reservation 2 days prior due to weather and snow I was going to be charged $79 I know this is through the website but still the whole experience was horrible and frustrating.
