The staff was very friendly from check in to check out

The AC was leaking in the room and the carpet on the right side of the bed was soaked

The staff was always so amazing and helpful. The place was very comfortable and kept Cham. Kudos to the cleaning lady who did 2nd floor. She was amazing. Smiled all the time and we could tell she put hard work and loved her job. The breakfast was very good.

I was denied to get complimentary water bottles because I had booked rooms from Booking.com but later I was given water bottles as a pity from Zulfiqar and tells me that it's not about the waterbottles and mentions the rate of the day showing us that we are dumb people and he's giving us the waterbottles just for the sake, that we dont know what pre Booking is. What kind of dumb people are you hiring who can't even offer proper front desk service? Such an arrogant person. It looks like if we use Booking.com, we get substandard service and facilities.

Location, free breakfast

Finding trash and empty liquor bottles under our bed. This bothered me since I was traveling with my kids and one is a toddler. Definitely did not want him getting into that. Luckily my older child discovered this.

Location, convenient to 287, shopping, & restaurants.

Having to tell front desk I needed clean towels daily, trash removal & bed made. Even though I stayed 4 nites. Really who doesn't need towels.

EVERYTHING! The front desk staff, the room we stayed in(they were kind enough to accommodate our requests of giving us the room on the top floor and with a nice view. The breakfast items were OUTSTANDING & DELICIOUS(like Southern Style). The lady who managed the breakfast items, breakfast and dining area was on top of everything. She kept all items full so nothing ran out. She kept both the dining and breakfast areas spotless!!

Leaving this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Location was perfect… Close to Rutgers , plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Try Toro Loco at the entrance…pretty cool Mexican restaurant! Hotel Also not extremely crowded and there was plenty of space and privacy in the lobby area. Also the place was very clean.

Breakfast was small and limited but for us it was perfect.
