Barbara at the front desk, Ms. Pat & Carlos were excellent hosts. Made us feel right at home.
Little/ no housekeeping. Had to ask for sheets & blanket to the pull out, fresh towels after 2nd night and took trash out ourselves.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC worked excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I was thankful for the mini fridge.
The check in process was very difficult for me. It took me an hour or more to finally get checked into my room. I booked the room through booking.com and paid in full. When I arrived at the hotel I was told my virtual card was declining and I couldn’t be let into my room. I spent 45 minutes on hold with booking.com trying to get the issues resolved. That wasn’t really the properties fault as much as booking.com but it was still a huge inconvenience.

I booked a king suite and they were apparently oversold. I ended up in a queen double with a pull out ☹️.

The bed was Excellent
The breakfast could have been a bit better. Everyone doesn't eat eggs there should have been another warm option since the Pancake maker was not working.

Very expensive for what you get.
The shower had zero pressure.
Pool was closed.
There was a huge water leak above the entrance door. The floor was water logged and you had to run through the doors or get an umbrella. Either way, health hazard!
The staff did not have a care in the world, saying it has been a problem for a while now and it was an act of God! In other words, deal with it. The staff had awful attitude.

Very convenient to downtown. Was there for show and was able to walk to Peace Center.
Rooms are large and recently renovated. Only complaint was tub was old and needed replacing.

the location was excellent, the staff was friendly!
Our room was by lobby and across from cleaning staff area so the noise was annoying when trying to sleep but we survived lol

Clean extremely spacious King suite.
Breakfast....burnt turkey bacon, overcooked egg omelettes were not appetizing at all. Coffee was watered down. LOVED the facility but the breakfast was a disappointment.

Comfortable beds, room was good size shower had good pressure and toilet flushed better than most. A/C worked great tv was a good size. Close to downtown
Could use a little more lighting in the parking areas. Be nice if room doors shut without slamming.
