Bed was kind of stiff otherwise great!

No sound proofing for the guest laundry unit and there was a strong smell of cleaning products in the elevator.

I didn’t like that the carpet was always wet in the room. I had on the perfect shoes for the situation. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

I do like almost everything I had been staying a couple times already.

I didn’t like the service , my last stay was unpleasant. The cleaning lady was knocking at the door trying to get in, and it was not even 9:00am. This is not the first time , my previous stay was the same she was knocking hard, it was early morning and she doesn’t have an excuse for bothering at that time. The privacy sign was there but she didn’t respect it. I always hang the privacy sign because I don’t like to be bother, especially at the mornings. If I need something I’ll ask for it. This time I didn’t open de door and she come back, she try her card on my door. I was sleeping after she leaves I checked my sign and it was there. Please follow the guidelines.

Breakfast was fine

My first room was moldy on the ceiling and the carpet was wet. The pool was already closed fir the season even though it was still sunny and hot with Temps in the 90s

Loved that it was quiet and clean! Barely heard any of the other guest! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Much needed quiet time

The doors were a bit squeaky other than that great stay.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Pool/weight room were convenient. Room was clean

The hallways smelled musty very humid, the carpet add random stains. It gave a dirty feeling. Our room had a smell as if people smoked in the room even though it was non smoking. The room was clean, but the hallways and the smell of the room could have most definitely been better. It made us feel kind of unconfortable while in the hallways. Also the card reaaders need to be updated. Takes forever for card to work to get into room

The check-in and out process was quick and easy.

People were not wearing masks. I did not feel comfortable eating the free breakfast.
