From the welcoming staff to the room everything and everyone was so nice and comfy.

The breakfast could have been better different options offered daily could help. It was great breakfast overall.

NO class, and they steal. No microwave no freezer, no coffee maker, they have many workers all around but none will ask to assist a 74 yr old man with a dog to help him carry his luggage and his insulated bag that was heavy with his special water (good, cause the place had no water not even in the machines), the worst experience I ever had and I don't want to use you again after having such a classless hotel, even motel 6 is better, I sent the same thing to the manager and he just sent me a thank you email. He needs to be fired and never work in hospitality again.

Nothing they had no way to make coffee in the room and no microwave no freezer

They have no class. A 74 yr old with a dog pushing and putting very heavy luggage and not one person would help me these are people with no class who should never have any job in the services industry.

Clean and comfortable

The breakfast was good. Our room was very clean, including the bathroom. The receptionists were very nice & professional. At first my reservation couldn't be found in the system, but being persistent, they found that the computer used my middle initial as the first letter of my last name. Thank you so much Nancy & Deborah! Originally we were staying at another "hotel" in the area which was horrible! When we walked into Fairfield what a difference! Night & day! We were pleased with everything about this hotel. Even the ladies in housekeeping were pleasant. How you maintain your hotel, & how customers are treated by your staff, says volumes about how you feel about your customers and I take it personal. So, thank you for caring about me.
