Location was easy to get to, near everything and very safe.
Pool was not open and we were not aware

It was in the middle of town
I booked this place because it had a pool for my daughter but it was closed then my room on the bathroom floor had blood on it and one of my pillows and i booked it for 124 but i was charged 180

Our stay was great was disappointed that the pool was not able to be used but was a great stay The 1st shift desk lady was awesome always very nice and a smile on her face you truly don't get that at alot of places now days so it was nice

The staff allowed us to check in earlier which was great due to wedding plans.

Breakfast was great, facility was clean, staff was friendly. The only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed.
Pool and hot tub could have been open or we could have been notified that they would be closed since this is advertised and one of the specific criteria I was looking for in choosing a hotel.
