Close friends we were visiting and to Madison. Spacious King room with kitchen, full size frig, excellent breakfast choices, staff was very attentive to filling as needed, assisting customers, front desk personnel very nice and welcoming. Number of restaurants close by.

The room was really large and well equiped and the staff was super-nice. The hotel was easilly accessible from the road. All in all well positioned, nice rooms and very friedly staff

Cleaning was far from perfect. PRactically everyday I came back something was wrong (no cleaning at all, or no soap and shampoo or only partial cleaning).

This is a very nice place, unfortunately our itinerary changed and we had to leave a day early, however the staff were very understanding and refunded the unused portion of our stay. We had a very nice suite with a fully equipped kitchen, almost the size of an apartment and very well appointed, all at an extremely reasonable rate. We highly recommend this place for those that expect a step above.

A place of this stature should have an ice machine on all floors.

They location is quite and beautiful, not to far from the UWMadison campus. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and professional.

It was only one issue, the toilets are too low especially for seniors. consider replacing with taller size toilets.

I follow a low carb diet and usually there are no options for me. However, they had scrambled egg and bacon. It wasn’t the best but it was an option.

Actually I was impressed and comfortable.

We loved the pillows!!!! So difficult to find great pillows in a hotel, we want to know where they’re from!

Wish the fruit at breakfast had more nutritious options and that there was more cut fruit or fresher fruit in the basket

I thought this was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in while taking a road trip. I would recommend it to anyone, whether for a one night stay or one week. Well worth the money!

Breakfasts were GREAT! Staff friendly. Liked the suite layout. Price was good comparatively. Lounge area nice too! Loved the breakfast server! Very accommodating!

Asked for replacement towels and got sheets. Must have been a communication problem. Also, asked for toilet paper and didn't get. Had to get myself. Couch hard. Place needs updates. Bed satisfactory!
