no hair dryer, alarm clock broken , the coffee pods in the room do not fit the coffee maker , no yogurts or fruit for breakfasts

we had early appointment so breakfast was no an option. liked cleanliness, comfort, front desk staff very nice

easy to find. handicap pking available. clean and fairly comfortable. I really appreciated the flavored water available in the lobby for guests. ( didn’t have to buy bottled water)

parking fee not expected ( it was disclosed) and felt unfair as big pking lot in surburban area- not need for a fee. the included breakfast was pretty disappointing and unappetizing- however the coffee was v good. Also rooms facing the front of building are very noisy with highway traffic noise.

the bed was hard as a cinder block, the pillows were flat, I couldn’t sleep all night, way overpriced

the staff were so friendly! The room was big, clean, and comfortable. i had checked out and a few days later I had realized I left my makeup bag in my room, so I had a feeling it was probably discarded already. When I called the hotel back, they said they still had my bag for me! the front desk staff member was even willing to mail it out for me. when I went to pick it up, the other front desk staff member was so kind and had said that he wanted to make sure that no one discarded it. i know it’s just makeup but I was so relieved to see it there with all of its contents!

The hotel was dirty overpriced and they wanted to charge for parking when they aren't in the downtown area of a city

The woman at the front desk in the morning was very understanding.

There's a long list! NO hand or body soap, rust in the bathtub, only 2 bath towels, broken glass in picture (if someone bumped it would have fallen out) only 2 pillows on the bed that were awful, 2 different bed comforters, charging for parking(not in a downtown city) The hallway smelled like smoke (cigarette and pot) website had phone# the that didn't work and advertised a lower price! I asked to be contacted by Manager and have not heard anything!
