Breakfast was not that good. Should of been more options.

The hot tub was not a hot tub not hot it was warm. Not hot. The tub water was hotter than the hot tub

The room smelled musty. The beds were too soft and uncomfortable. The power was out in the morning.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast offerings were mediocre.

They gave us the only connecting rooms that included a king suite and a two doubles room that worked for our two teenage grandkids. I’d requested connecting rooms via the motel after making reservation and they said they’d try. It made our two-night stay easy!

We had no maid service during our two-night stay - nothing at all. We didn’t complains though bc Laramie is a university town and hard to find help because many students go home over holidays. Many restaurants were also closed. Also, the floor lamp by the sofa was hard to turn on because it was the only light in a dark space - the button was black on a black leg which was an unusual place. My grandson finally spotted it for us. A small white label would really work! Also, the closet by the king bed is hard to open and store things especially since the nightstand light gets blocked by open closet door. eventually moved suitcase etc to an extra space on floor.

Suite was tiny, sofa bed was a twin mattress would not fit 4 sleepers in a king suite. Entertainment center, shelves, were dusty and dirty. We switched to 2 double bed room no floor space & not clean as far as any wood work and bathroom was not deep cleaned all corners and crevices full of dirt and grime. Not up to Fairfield standards at all. I paid over $800 for 3 nights for a soccer tournament and my friends that stayed at Quality Inn had clean spacious rooms at half the price. Hilton tops Fairfield in Laramie.

have stayed here many times in our travels back to Laramie, it’s where I was raised. the staff there were exceptional in their hospitality. Had a family reunion in one of the board rooms and staff was very helpful.
