Barely adequate

It was on our way and easy to get to.

The room smelled. It was a bit dirty. We had to ask for the cribs I had previously requested in my reservation. We reserved a two bedroom suite on purpose but that was not available and we were given no notice of the change.

The space was nice. You're not on top of each other. Plus there was a TV in each room. Breakfast was decent. Limited selection, but ok. Unfortunately for me I couldn't eat most because they had a lot of starchy items. ( waffles, potatoes, toast, and bagels ) But as I stated, unfortunately for me, not everyone.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Unfortunately, it was hard, and I couldn't sleep well. The room wasn't cleaned well, and I didn't realize it was pet friendly til I checked the pull out couch, and there was a lot of pet hair in the cushions and a stain on the mattress. The staff apologized and did vacuum while we were out.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

One of the bathrooms in our suite had dirty towels in it when we arrived. Staff was very helpful in fixing the situation the following day.

Breakfast was ok.

Booking.com falsely advertise a multi-bed/multi-room suite, charged me for a a multi-bed/multi-room suite, but when I arrived at the property they stated that I'm only booked for a single bed room. Bait and switch con job! The single bed room literally cost 1/3 was booking.com charged me. After kicking and screaming, the hotel finally gave me the room that I paid for!

Terrible. I will never stay there again.

The room was convenient in the facility, first floor. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

There was a terrible pungent odor in the hallway! It was not acceptable. The kitchen area in the room had terrible smell as well. Room above was very noisy all night, someone running and we could not sleep. Midnight Fire alarm went off!

Extremely rude staff. Couldn't understand their English. Wouldn't let my son check in without me being present. He was 23 years old and with his grandfather not a party situation

Very good

Our original was not clean. The floor had not been swept, the beds did not have that ironed look and there was a significant amount of dust build up on the desk area. I saw a staff member in the hallway and asked if this room had been cleaned. She said she just finished it. I went to guest services and they upgraded us without any questions asked. That room was perfect!

Excellent place to stay with our fury friends.

We made breakfast in our little kitchen and enjoyed waking up in the morning at our leisure.

Nothing! Excellent place to stay and enjoy our family.
