the room was clean and comfortable, shower had good water pressure and heat and it was convenient to UW campus, people were fantastic

The room was very spacious. Staff at the reception was friendly. Bed was comfy. Complimentary drink is a nice touch.

The room with a clean, comfortable bed with enough closet and drawer space. Unlimited bottles of water were A +. Having access to a trash bin in the hallway to empty room trash when there's no housekeeping was excellent. Coffee shop with very friendly staff in the lobby

The filling of the comfort shifted to one side which made it lopsided. I wished they had a mirror by the desk so that we could utilize it as a vanity instead of crowding the basin counter area in the bathroom.
