The property was great, the staff was great, everything was great.
I wish they had a place to sit outside (for smokers) and that the hot tub hours were late (midnight instead of 10pm).

The hotel was great, with very good lighting in the parking lot. The room was okay nothing too fancy. Beds were comfy. Hotel breakfast was great as well. Staff was very welcoming.
The only complaint was the bathroom sink took forever to drain, but other than that we were happy with our stay.

The breakfast was terrible and the staff for the breakfast were rude two hispanic women
The breakfast staff had no customer servive skills and I observed them asking african american guests to use hand sanitizer but they didnt tell other guests to use hand sanitizer😲

You should let everyone serve them self for breakfast instead of one person getting it for everyone. The lines we took long.

The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice and attentive.
The mini refrigerator didn't work properly.

This hotel is top notch. We had a room with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper which was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 teenagers.
The location was perfect to get anywhere in the San Antonio area with easy access to 35. We will be back if we need to!!
