Great location close to public transport links and an easy walk to Hollywood itself. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Great value for money considering the location.

Nearby metro station, not far away from the Hollywood walk of fame and a few other attractions. Kind employees.

Some stuff in the room is already old and in a bad shape, a lot of noises and smells all around.

Absolutely Nothing ! The People that operate this establoshment have litterally the worst customer service ever. Rude & Mean & Evil Elitist attitudes. Treating their customers as less than , as if they don't deserve common courtesy and human decency. Charging ridiculous amounts for a deposit fees, more than most of the motel in the vicinity. And, it's the deposit fee isn't even openly visible along with the regular motel fees on Booking.com , and i venture to say it's probably the same way on their website. Because if people new about the amount of the fees before had the reservations would be little to none.

Need to be clean better, and the people upstairs were so loud. Sounded like they were moving the room around and made it a gym

Staff and room was fine. The location on the map was convenient, close to supermarkets and bus stops. Value for money.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few homeless around the hotel. In the day time it was fine but at night time it was a bit sketchy. I would feel very insecure if I was travelling alone. 24h reception made it feel a bit better.

Nice position, close to Hollywood Blvd. Nice hotel, big room, clean and bright. Very nice people at the reception.

Location good, not far from Hollywood/Universal/Warner Bros and also not far from downtown/Chinatown. New Target across the street for snacks, shopping etc. Room was clean, WiFi met teenage duaghter's needs. Hallway/entrance was a bit dingy when we arrived, but new carpet was installed during our stay which geatly improved things.

Not the best neighborhood - homeless people out front, etc - but not particularly threatening.
