Near mall and restaurant outskirt of Madison.

Right from the lobby, this is a clean, modern fully equipped hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially cleaning staff. Great breakfast selections, good bar and dinner service, fresh well equipped gym. We loved it and will stay here again.
Laundry area only took quarters for machines

The rooms were nice. Water nice and hot. Comfortable
Little pricey! Our friends spent 200$ less for the weekend in the same room setup

The staff at check in / out were very friendly and helpful
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well and we had to go to the front desk to get an ice bucket

The location and parking facility was good.
The staff is extremely rough. I requested an invoice and they did not give it. The reason they stated is that the invoice must be given by booking.com. I am using booking.com for more than 15 years with more than 100 hotels and never heard this kind of statement. I did not understand why they do not want to give an invoice ????

Although the pool was closed the first day we were there due to an accident, they provided another hotel where kids could swim. They allowed us to check into one of the rooms early and the host was very kind. I think his name was Tom.

I didn't need or heat anything because there was no microwave in my room, So I had to eat cold leftovers and next day lol

Everything! the property was so clean and tidy. It felt very open and welcoming
The only thing that we did not like about the property was the streaming abilities. Since we had a small child, we spent a lot of time in the room and would have preferred more options to login into different streaming options.
