room not clean, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, hair in bathroom, musty smell, near pool, noisy! I should have asked for room reassignment. Staff was rude on phone when I called to see if early check in was available. “You can’t check in over the phone!”. (followed by scoff.). ummm yeah I KNOW that! Same guy I believe… never even looked up at me. after he FINALLY came to the desk from looking out the window!

Central location, nice big rooms.

Found molded food in the floor by headboards, and a dirty sock. The bathtub is shaped weird causing difficulty for husband to stand in shower.

This was our 2nd time and was better than the first! Especially the General Manager was very welcoming and helpful! Definitely will always stay here!

Everything was Great!

The Breakfast wasn't all that great!!!

Kiran (at the front desk) was new, but was incredibly gracious and took just the right amount of time with us on our check in to ensure that everything was "just right". Rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable and nicely renovated. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. I accidentally lost my airpods in the room, and Mike (at the front desk) communicated with me when the housekeeping staff found them! Thank you ALL for your great customer service! Oh--and there's a large community park (with observation tower) directly across the street (zip lining and a fishing pond? Kinda cool for some nature.)

Workout room was acceptable--large size and aerobic equipment was varied and worked, but could use a tiny touch up. Wyndam corporate--I'm thinking this is your area of expertise?
