The location and view were wonderful. Liked that this unit was ground floor and had a beach view.

The unit was very dated. The listing said that the unit had A/C. However, it was a window unit, and the air never reached the master bedroom which made it very hot to sleep in. The property was not very child friendly. The pool is extremely small, and the beach is very rocky. Also, the property management team onsite was not very friendly.

Broken mirror on lanai, grout on floor and carpets dirty, screen door unusable, no baseboards, mop stains on walls, ac only works marginally, kitchen sink corrosion, 2, broken glasses in cabinet, track lighting, 1 out. Really needs updated and repairs.

Uninterrupted sea view just below the balcony, spotting green sea turtles every day. Relaxed and quiet environment, without being isolated. Walking distance from aquarium and restaurant. Swimming pool.

There were no staff available throughout our 6 day long stay. It was annoying to only get the door entry code one day before arrival, especially while travelling, struggling to get mobile phone connectivity etc. We spent a lot of time helping another family that arrived and who have not received the email with the entry code because an agent booked on their behalf. They had their booking confirmation printed out, but had no means of getting in their pre-paid apartment. There were never any staff available to ask to help with anything during the 6 days we were there. These poor people could not get phone reception, so we invited them to our apartment and thankfully the phone in our apartment worked, so we could phone booking.com and managed to get the entry code eventually. Otherwise it was perfect for us - nothing fancy, but peaceful and quiet while still having a holiday atmosphere. We want to go back again!

The garbage disposal didn’t work and reported it but no one came to repair it.

nothing not to like. but would have loved some improvements on the AC front. It would get hot and humid at night. A couple of the table fans didn’t work. The ancient PC in there needs to be retired. there was no cable TV. but none of the above mentioned were absolute deterrents. I still had a good stay.
