The location was right off of interstate 75 and very easy to get to. Breakfast was different each day and as we stayed a week this was great!

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was right on top of everything They kept the food trays filled and cleaned the tables as soon as they were emptied. Staff was very friendly and made sure the guests had everything they needed. Best breakfast I've had at any hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Clean . Location
The disability room had a very nice tub and shower. Lots of grab rails . However there was no handicap shower chair to bathe with . Staff brought my a metal and plastic lawn chair (I’m guessing from the pool deck) . I had to bend the legs to get it to fit into the tub and it was kind of sketchy to use was worried about falling over. Ifhave X amount of disability rooms you should have the same number of shower chairs ( in the room)

The front desk clerk, Pattie if I remember correctly, was outstanding. My wife and I made a joke that the cookies laid out for the guests would be gone by the time we returned. We all laughed. During our drive to meet friends, we recieved a call from her letting us know that she save a couple of cookies for us and when we returned we could pick them up at the front desk. WOW!!!!! This is the type of service normally reserved for a 5-Star property!. She made our day. We are still speaking abubt it!... We will stay here again because we know the service is "Top Shelf" Thank you ! Feel free to contact me if you would like me to expand on the service she provided. Breafast was very good. The facility was clean and modern.
Questioning about my registered service dog. I am a disabled veteran and my dog is trained. I carry his registration card which they demanded and he wears a dervice vest to identify him as a service dog. I got the feeling the hotel was not pet friendly.

the room was dirty, hair all over both beds & on towels in the bathroom. someone's navel ring was on the floor between the beds so apparently this room wasn't even swept and the beds looked like they had old bedding from the last guest. i didnt sleep under the covers, i slept in my sweat pants & sweat shirt because i turned on the heat because it was 45 degrees that nite & since i couldnt use the sheeets and the room filled with smoke & a nasty burning smell from the heater. i almost went and slept in my car ! im glad i was only in town for 2 days or i would have had to go else where. this whole place needs a remodel desperately because it is run down. Not what i expected from a Radisson property . save yourself and go to the new extended stay hotel across the street.

Staff was so friendly and so amazing , still said I could go to breakfast even past the 9:30 mark . Rooms were clean and quiet . Supplied me with extra towels and checked on me every morning for any of my needs. By far one of the top service hospitable hotels I’ve been to .
The bed was just a little more firm than what I am used to but nothing besides that everything was great .

This is a a get what you pay for stay. My wife and I were completely disappointed in our stay. The room had an overwhelming perfume order, the tv remote would not work and the breakfast food and beverages were just horrible.
We asked the night guest service person for help. She tried and was very nice but all she could do was to suggest we move to another room that was under construction. It was one of the worse stays we have experienced.

The halls smelled had gross tacky carpet . We had a broken lamp shade in our room. The employees a clientele were smoking right out side the door cigarette buts everywhere they were smoking by the pool. The whole vibe

Super comfortable room. We had to use the room to do some work as well as sleep and the roominess made this very easy! Great location with lots of food options around.
Inconsistent cleaning of room. We had to ask to get our room cleaned. Sometimes the room was only partially done - towels delivered but not put where they belonged/trash removed but beds not made. Only times the room was really serviced was when we spoke to the staff in the morning insisting our room be serviced.

Nothing at all
The carpet was pulled up on the 4th floor, and there were big pieces of sheet rock outside the rooms leaning against the wall in the hallway on both ends, very unsafe. The picture on the internet has a jacuzzi on it for the room with a king-size bed in it only for that NOT to be true. The breakfast was HORRIBLE breaded chicken patties out of the box,gravy had a medicine taste,the appl juice machine was broken, a pile of cigarette 🚬 butts were threw on the ground in front were it says designated smoking atear WITH an astray right tbere.It looked NOTHING like it appeared on the internet. It DEFINITELY was not worth a $100 plus dollars per night.

Location and room size
I realize there is a renovation going on, but I was quite surprised at the price for what you got. No covers on an electrical outlet, stained furniture, and no baseboards.
I just didn’t find the room very comfortable .
