Front desk clerk more interested in his phone than doing his job. Lazy, not very good at providing service/information. Room had a sofa bed but no linens and the front desk clerk said they didn’t provide them. Opened sofa bed and it was full of cookie crumbs. Vending machines on all 3 floors were out of water. Went down to breakfast and the only thing available was cereal, milk, fruit, and danish’s. When I asked the front desk clerk (same kid) he said there were muffins available as well but I didn’t see them and he realized that he had forgotten to put them out.

There was NOTHING to like. Booked this place based on the breakfast got there and was told this is no longer offered. Must be from a cockroach infestation as they were found in my room so I didn't actually stay the night.

After I discovered cockroaches in my room, I went to the front next. Clerk seemed unaffected by complaint. I asked for a refund and to speak to the manager. She refused and told me the room was used. They wouldn't issue a refund and then threatened to call the police. I would never stay in one of these establishments again!

Friendly staff we loved the pool and hottub. The beds were extremely comfortable and my daughter loved that she was able to watch YouTube and Netflix

Breakfast was advertised when I booked but was told there was no breakfast when we checked in. NOT HAPPY!!

The room was hot and there wasn't any breakfast that was advertised. I had an old dog with me and the clerk put me all the way down the hall by the swimming pool. It was very noisy.

Breakfast at hotel as advertised was not available. We had to go out every day to eat breakfast, spent $70.00 more than we had to. This was not convenient for us. We booked at this place because breakfast was supposed to be included, but it was not! Pool closed too.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

I had reserved a handicap room. The shower was a wheelchair accessible shower, which was not problem. The problem was that the shower was a hand held shower and the brace for the shower handle was broken. It was actually lodged in between the wall and the safety bar. I had to hold it with one hand to get myself wet, but had to let it dangle to wash my hair and body, which then resulted in a "flooding" of the bathroom floor. We did as if they could change rooms for us, which they did. The staff gave us a King Suite room, which was very nice. But the maintenance of the place is wanting. Also, they haven't been serving breakfast since COVID began. COVID has been over for about 2 years now and they still are not serving breakfast, but advertise that they do and are charging the same rates as if they were still serving breakfast. The outside of the property is starting to appear neglected. Lights out in parking lot, fencing around table area is not secured.

The location was convenient.

The clerk kept me waiting while on the phone handling personal business. No breakfast was available as advertised. The ice machine was out of order. No iron in the room. The door would not latch and could be pushed open. The refrigerator in the room froze all the contents. The towel rack fell off the wall. In State residents have to pay a $75.00 cash deposit upon checkin, out of State guest pay $100.00 cash deposit upon check in. Last time I will be staying at this location.

Bed wasn't bad liked being able to get Netflix.

Staff very unhelpful bordering on rude. Place advertised breakfast didn't have one. All Ice machines were broke furniture in room looked like second hand, note on windows not to open for bugs might come in as screen dangled with holes pool was closed Asked for coffee machine room didn't have one was told no one answered door so couldn't leave it in room. Maid rushed us to leave before it was time when asked about late check out they said no would be charged another day even for just one hour later.

I did not like anything due to Booking.com not make sure if the hotel had a rooms available. So my ratings are geared mostly for Booking.com, some for Baymont.

What Booking.com could have did better was keep in contact with the property location to make sure there were rooms available. I had to drive over 200 miles to find out I did not have a room.
