IT was clean the bed was comfortable, right near the parkway.

The recliner was old the arm to recline it was broke and the chairs was wobbly.

The Room was okay wasn’t the cleanest. The location was not very convenient. The drive to and from was long due to being so far out and the traffic.

The pool was great. It stayed clean. There was plenty of seating as well.

The rooms didn’t get cleaned. There were bed bugs. The refrigerator didn’t work right. They keys didn’t work half of the time. The elevator felt like it was going to fall every time we were on it. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Cost was good for a last minute thing .didn't know it was literally at beginning of pigeon forge. The staff was really nice and tried to address our concerns.if room wasnt full of bugs would have been ok and needs for firm pillows

Room had both ants and roaches I was killing and took pictures we tried to take care of problem ourselves

Location was fine. Air conditioner worked fine.

There were several maintenance issues, such as holes in the curtains and the ceiling in the bathroom had lots of water damage and peeling drywall. The commode did not flush properly. Ice and vending machines were only on two floors. Where they should have been on the other floors was an empty room and those were quite dirty looking.

Walls were dirty, carpet felt dirty ( sticky) hair on bed sheets, wallpaper peeling off, and there was a hole in the ceiling in the shower

It was a nice hotel, but could definitely benefit from some remodeling/upgrades. It was good for the price, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was nice.

The drive up to the hotel itself is a a trek. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, which is no fault of anyone. Just important to be aware of when coming and going. It was in a central location to all the places we were going to visit, so that was a place.

Location was good. Room was spacious. Free breakfast with multiple choices of cereal, bagel, muffins, little Debbies, orange juice.

It was dirty, cops had to come Saturday and Sunday for different reasons, holes in the walls, etc.

We've stayed at this hotel a handful on times and enjoy the location. The staff have been friendly and the rooms have been clean.

This last stay.. only complaint is water didn't drain very well from the tub.While taking a shower. .. water would start to fill up in the bottom of the tub. We also had a problem with the toilet not flushing and had to get a plumber from the staff.

Didn't get to eat breakfast. They shut down too early.

No hot water to shower. Very disappointed. The water in sink was hot, showers were lukewarm. Staff said it was from hotel being full. That's no excuse!

Nothing the staff was very rude and try to charge us 250 cause they said someone smoked in the room when we don't smoke we vape.... Wouldn't give us our deposit back I will never go there again...

Also first 2 nights found bed bugs in the room wouldn't give us money back to go somewhere else instead put us in another room that wasn't any better...

No balconies. But had a room on first floor so it really didn't matter.

nothing really to like it’s so old and nasty and moldy. needs to be torn down.
