We've stayed here five times and each stay has been a great experience. Friendly attentive and courteous staff. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Great motel for the price. Excellent value. Ask for a room with a pool or courtyard view. You won't be disappointed

It was in a good location. We went to a wedding in Fallbrook and it was only 17 minutes away from the wedding venue. It was close to the grocery store and a lot of restaurants. The staff was nice as well.

There was mold on the bathtub and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The beds were old and not very comfortable. There was floor damage on the vinyl wood floor. The microwave was crap, it looked like someone try to heat something up in it that shouldn't have been in there and it caught fire. The freezer was dirty. The bath towels were stained.

Parking was close

Black mildew around the transition from the bath tub and the walls . Nasty , disgusting. Only 2 bath towels rediculus

Roach infestation everywhere

Very friendly reception.

A lot of insects in the rooms. Ants, small flies and cockroaches. Also the air con was not that effective and very noisy. The room had certainly been cleaned, but I did find some waste on the floor on arrival.

Made complaint to staff that I found a cockroach on bed and in bathroom after checked into room. Next morning I had to leave for a full day function. When I returned late that night I had been locked out of my room. Staff told me when I went to desk to get new key that I was locked out because I had made the complaint. Finally got new key to get into my room. Checked out the next morning and asked for a receipt but told they couldn't give me one.
