Das Hotel ist direkt am Westeingang vom Yellowstone gelegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, und das Frühstück war sogar auch mit inbegriffen. Das Zimmer war recht groß und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Gute Lage zum NP halt - aber die ist bei wirklich jeder Unterkunft in West Yellowstone gleichermaßen so...

Vollkommen überteuert, wenn man das Hotel-Gesamtpaket als "Deluxe Zimmer" + zusätzlichen Kosten betrachten soll. Wir haben schon in besseren und gleichwohl preisgünstigeren Hotelzimmern in den USA übernachtet, und das nicht in der Pampa... Auch die Ansage von BOOKING "Der angezeigte Endpreis ist der Betrag, den Sie an die Unterkunft zahlen müssen" ist schlicht falsch: Es wurden dort noch zusätzlich pro Tag 15$ "Vergnügungssteuer" (Amenity Fee) in Rechnung gestellt. Wofür ist nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Ab wann wird so etwas unseriös, werte BOOKING-Kollegen?

Not much to be honest

There are so many things. The parking is horrible. All of it is in the back, yet when we visited two busses took over half the lot. I can’t even imagine how annoying that would be during a busy season. We were told to use the back door since it’s closer to our room, yet that must also be where guests are told to smoke because there were ash containers around and three people smoking. We had to walk through that shit to even get to the door, and I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke. The inside hallway smelled of smoke too. When we got to our room, I instantly noticed it smelled like mildew, and the shower was covered in it. Black markings everywhere on the grout. So gross. I noticed the toilet paper dispenser had rust on it too. We decided right away we were going to skip showers. Thankfully the beds seemed clean and we did sleep well. The next morning, it was literally impossible to get breakfast. It was SO packed. Standing room only. And when I browsed the offerings, it was very picked over anyway. So disappointing. We left without eating. Our stay was very late in the season, when it wasn’t even busy. I can’t imagine how stressful and overwhelming it would be to get out of their parking lot at the height of the season. All in all, not a great stay. We will not recommend this place or return.

De kamer is prima, erg ruim. Bedden zijn heel goed! Ontbijt staat niet op de site maar er is een beperkt ontbijt. Positief! Ook positief is dat je gratis gebruik mag maken van de wasmachine en -droger.

Room wasn’t real clean, breakfast was pretty poor, staff wasn’t overly engaged. Super busy, pool way to small for number if rooms.

E' una struttura molto grande e alcuni spazi comuni sono un pò lasciati andare. La struttura è vicina all'ingresso del parco e con una passeggiata si arriva tranquillamente alla zona ristoranti e negozi. La colazione è inclusa. E' molto varia, ma propone sostanzialmente prodotti confezionati da riscaldare in autonomia. La pulizia della sala colazione, vuoi per il gran numero degli ospiti, non era il massimo. Ottimo che la zona colazione sia sempre aperta e ci siano bibite e caffè disponibili. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di provare i marshmallows abbrustoliti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è dei migliori, ma a in questa città non si trova di meglio. La camera è grande e accogliente, e molto silenziosa. Ci tornerei.

Non so se è stata una mia svista, ma su booking non era specificato il pagamento di un sovrapprezzo per le attività ricreative. Il garage era troppo piccolo per tutti gli ospiti, ma c'è un parcheggio esterno capiente.
