I liked that Best Western offered a Breakfast, I liked that the room had a balcony. The service was great from check in to check out, the staff was great behind the counter, the staff in the kitchen was helpful and the maintenance staff were very kind.

A lot of my problems were with the room. The bath tub didn't drain well, there was a defective light switch, had to clean the air conditioners my self. I wish the slider going out to the balcony had a screen door to it. The hide away couch was defective and was destroying the carpet, also to when the room was being cleaned the sheets on the hide away got missed every time. I liked having a fireplace in the room but I had to block the fire place at times because crickets were coming down the flue and flying around our room. The breakfast was nice in the mornings, just wish BW would have had some more different options in a five day period.

Location, clean.

I reported we had 2 pets traveling with us. appropriate paperwork completed. Desk clerk/orientee made an error calculating pet charges due. Night desk clerk/oriented scolded us for ‘not pointing out you were only charged for one pet, not two.’ We paid the amount we were told that we owed…. Not sure what her issue was since she monitored the new person’s work. Tone was rude and accusatory in nature.

the prices were too high. Room was clean and comfy. The tv remote was dirty! No extra garbage bags in the waste baskets Earwig in the bathroom! Breakfast was good

The floor was literally broken in my room. Completely eroded and huge bumps. I rolled my ankle. Hair on the bathroom floor, fire place made sounds and the water in bathroom toilet made sounds. Not worth it.
