Liked the value as well as the location. It seems to be a great spot to stop, especially if you're traveling. Easy on and off the interstate. The beds were comfy, and the shower was hot. HVAC appeared to be relatively new. There was even a nice view of the Blue Ridge mountains at the rear of the property. Less than 5 minutes away from restaurants, gas stations, and Walmart. There is a pool on site.

At no fault of the hotel, a large group of folks checked in late during the night and were very loud, seemed to take over an hour for the foot traffic and door slamming to cease. Come on folks, try to be mindful of other guests when staying at a hotel.

The location was good and they were really friendly

The staff was very kind and professional. It was a very large room for the price. The WI-FI worked very well. The breakfast was decent. Excellent location right off the interstate. For a one night stay, it worked out very well and I would come back.

It was a little tight in the bathroom and the bathroom walls looked they needed a good cleaning. Other than that, the room served its purpose.

I have stayed at this property several times and there is a continuing problem with the hot/cold balancing in the shower. It can cycle thru some uncomfortable temps when showering.

breakfast selection was poor. A foreign man, manager perhaps, was surly, abrupt and dismissive toward my wife. Perhaps this is SE Asian culture but it is not acceptable.

Tv was nice had loads of diff shows. The guy and woman at front desk was very nice. Let me look at the room before I paid for it. I will stay here again if I'm in the area good price.

That the guy told my bf that he couldn't take breakfast back to his room for me I was still asleep and that made him upset!

Breakfast was fine.

Bathroom faucet needs tightening T,oilet flush was slow, had to flush twice.

Linens appeared clean, room in need of repairs.

A used towel from last visitor still there.
