Our room was clean, comfortable, with a spectacular view. We loved going the pool everyday, after a long day hiking. Very convenient to the shuttle. We hope to be back
Nothing I can think of

Schöne grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick auf die schöne Landschaft.
Nur 1 Nachtkästchen. Bett zu schmal für 2 Personen.

We booked a deluxe room hoping for a good view and it was super. Our room was on the second floor and had two large windows with a big balcony to sit out and enjoy the surroundings.
Not the fault of the hotel, but the on-site restaurant was not yet open the first weekend of March and it was quite a walk up the road to get to where restaurants were open, shuttle busses hadn't started running either.

Room had a view of the river running behind the property so one morning we were able to see some of the native wildlife. The room itself was large enough to accommodate 3 people and their luggage comfortably. The room had its own coffee maker, with coffee, which was nice, as well as a small refrigerator with freezer compartment. The walk in shower was especially nice. Also loved the close proximity to the entrance to Zion National Park.
Didn't like the fact that there was only one place to get ice - required a little walk from the room

The room was incredibly spacious with doors both to the parking lot and to the pool/grounds. The beds were comfortable, clean, and plenty of pillows were provided (four incredibly comfortable pillows per bed). The room was absolutely spotless with amazing views of the sandstone cliffs surrounding Springdale. To top it all off, the staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They provided clear and concise instructions for our late night arrival, gave plenty of fantastic recommendations for hikes suitable to our our family traveling with a toddler--including some hidden gems that I had never heard of even as a Utah native--and fantastic restaurant recommendations.
The only downside I can think of was that the on-site restaurant, King's Landing, was closed for the season (travelled in February). The staff gave fantastic restaurant recommendations and offered breakfast vouchers to a local restaurant (which was delicious) at a discounted rate. Just wish we could've tried King's Landing because more than one local told us it was the best restaurant in town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Great view from our balcony.
the room furniture and TV were adequate but could have been a little better.

Great room! Nice staff. Lovely view.
It could use a night light in bathroom. Lighting in the outer room was a bit dim.

Great location! wonderful views. The room were exceptionally clean. Loved the decor.

quiet
not A large there was no place for our family to visit there is basically no hotel lobby and a little area they said we could sit which had a fire had a gas fire which was leaking and we could not stay there due to the smell of gas. The rooms were old the heater made so much noise we could not sleep at night because it was always coming on and off and the bathroom was tiny with the Fossetts and all nearly falling off and a dish in the microwave and refrigerator were in a tiny cubby right in the bathroom making it difficult to even make a cup of coffee. in the room there was no desk to sit out there were two comfortable chairs but a huge chest of drawers and there was no place again to sit and visit for the family

EXERLLENT FOOD IN RESTAURANT

The location and updated room
The sound from upstairs guests are really loud, I would not recommend the ground level. Also, the bathroom fan turned on a squeaking noise out in the room so it took us a while to figure that was the culprit.

Views were spectacular. Stop 7 for the Springdale bus was right outside the hotel making it easy to commute back and forth to town and the main park.

Quiet and comfortable. Used the fridge for snacks. Close to the park
More kureg coffee pods on the first day.
4.5
Such friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early. If you get a luxury suite with balcony every suite will have a great view so it is worth the money. Even had central air! Very clean. Beautiful bathroom. Amazing lighting with the big windows and view. Corner room was especially a treat.
Could just use some more shampoo/conditioner/towels provided but you can ask the front desk and they give you more. Chairs on the patio were just metal chairs.. comfortable enough but would be nice if there were some wooden adirondack chairs or cushions or something but that's just nit picking! The pool definitely was not that nice, fence old, I am allergic to bees and lots of bees by the pool/fence...even though i know we're supposed to love the bees! But still a great hotel and still can go in the hot tub which is great after a hike!

The price was more than what we usually pay, however it may have been reasonable for Springdale/Zion.
