Nothing about our stay here.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the refrigerator in our room wasn't even plugged in, thr toiIet handle stuck causing it to run most of the night, we had to take the lid off to fix it everytime we flushed the toilet. The hot tub was out of service BUT was not told to us upon checkin. and we paid way to much for a Walmart store brand water from the shop. The 2 things we require is a comfy bed and a fridge we recommend also prefer a hot tub at every place we stay. It's part of why I booked here. The other stuff just made it worse. We expected more from a Hampton.

This was a great overnight stay on our way home as we have found with most Hampton Inns! Very comfortable and clean and friendly staff and has all the amenities.

The location was fine. The staff was friendly.

The bed sheets had stains on them. The bed was awful. Both my daughter and I woke up with back spasms. The person next door had an awful upper respiratory or COVID cough and kept us up all night. The manager said bookings.com would send in a complaint for a refund. Please let me know this has been done.

Facilities were decent.

The fire alarm rang 5 times between 1:45 am and 4:30 am. Night clerk was not aware of protocol and my husband ended up having to direct him as to what to do. Fire department wasnt called until we told him to do so for all the guests safety. The rooms were clearly "cleaned" in a hurry as no deep cleaning has been done in a very long time. Toilet seat was broken, sheets were too small for the bed. TV remote was missing the back cover so batteries kept falling out. Parking lot was not sanded or shoveled or salted properly so it was a danger to everyone. Young kids ran about the entire hotel and their guardians were not held accountable to their behavior or actions the entire stay.

Everything was good

The hotel was situated nicely and easy to get to. Our room was huge for a hotel room.

Our view was awful. We could see the overhang and portico and very little else. Disappointing since the hotel had such a good view. The beds have been slept in on the same spots, so the bedding was drooping on the floor, looked too big for the bed, and we rolled to one side.

The breakfast was good, room clean and comfortable and close to our daughters house.
