Beds were very firm.

The location was convenient for our stay.

Our room key stopped working, then upon finally getting in with a regular, we were told they had to move us to another room, which smelled horrible and made me want to puke. This was at 9:30 at Nighy and we were forced to find another hotel to stay at. Their lack of willingness to provide proper accommodations made it extremely inconvenient for us.

Close to the highway.

The floor in the room needs refurbishment.

The staff were super friendly the room clean and the breakfast was good for a continental.

Someone walked in our room without knocking before checkout but mistakes happen

As soon as you get in through the doors there is a foul smell to the place. Smells of mold. The toilet bowl was dirty with something in it. The carpets were filthy especially the carpeting between the beds and night stands. A lot of dust in the room as if it hadn’t been dusted at all prior to check in. The beds were so hard resulting in spending the entire next day with a sore neck. You would think that giants rented the room above us, we were able to hear all of their footsteps at night and in the morning bright an early. Each time that they walked we were able to hear the floor creaking and loud thumps. The front desk clerk overcharged me and spoke no English so I could not resolve the issue. The next morning at check out, a different front desk staff told me that the hotel would reimburse me and send me an email and I’ve yet to see that happen.

got mold in my coffee from the automatic coffee maker downstairs in the lobby. When I told the host, she acted like it was nothing.

Location perfect for visiting Franconian Notch Park. In Franconian little to no restaurants, but in Littleton (nice scenic town), nearby, ample opportunities.

Room wasn't very clean on checking in, cleaning every other day (standard).

The location to the activities we enjoy was close by. The room was tidy and neat. There was a small balcony with a view of the countryside. The hotel clerk gave us a pamphlet that listed all the pertinent information to make our stay more pleasant. Having washers and dryers at the location was very convenient.

Offering a regular or continental breakfast would have been nice.

The bed is the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The room was poorly cleaned. The “Mountain View” is a joke to upcharge for.

Excellent last minute lodging for hikers just coming off from the mountain! Loved our stay!
