Location was good, it was easy walk to some hot spots the city had to offer. Hotel had complimentary extras in the lobby that were a pleasant surprise!

Nothing specific comes to mind. Overall the hotel met my expectations.

El desayuno esta muy bien, es algo escaso y con poca variedad el suplemento de la tarde, la habitacion esta muy bien, es comoda. La ubicacion del hotel no es muy linda la zona, de noche no la recomiendo.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel advertised a nice patio on the top floor to have drinks, but it was only available to “club” members. I picked the hotel because of this advertised anmenity and was really disappointed we were denied access.

Good location. Comfortable bed. It's a nice hotel in a very convenient location but not really at the standard of cleanliness and professionalism that I expect from a Sheraton.

Tired reception area. Staff will not respond well to requests for servicing. My room was not serviced despite us being out most of the day. I asked for them to service it and they said they would deliver towels and do a "light refresh" within 10 mins. 2 hours later, they say housekeeping was on break. Finally another hour later someone shows up with fresh towels but no "light refresh" of our room. I asked for a refund. They said they can't do refunds. Really? I'll try other avenues.

We have stayed several times previously but not for 5 years. Great location, good facilities and friendly helpful staff

Sauberes Hotel mit überdurchschnittlich großen Zimmern. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal, Club Etage mit Skyline Sicht und Sonnenaufgang. U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, maximal 100 Meter, mit der man direkt ins Zentrum (20min) ist zum jfk Airport kommt Canal St ist wegen der Straßenverkäufer und Chinatown etwas "rauer", man fühlt sich aber auch nachts sicher, sowohl in der U-Bahn (die 24/7 Polizei besetzt ist, als auch auf der Straße)

Mobilar ist schon etwas "verbraucht", das schränkt die Funktion aber in keiner Weise ein, in NY ist man hoffentlich eh setzen

Schönes großes Zimmer. SEHR bequemes Bett. Super Lage, mehrere Subway Linien in der Nähe.

Das Bad war etwas dunkel.

Lag top, direkt am Subway. Umgebung auch sehr gut, viele Restaurants Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Mein Mann war krank und dann durfte ich später auschecken als vereinbart und das ohne Aufpreis

Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber das ist ja nicht selten in NYC

Room was spacious, king bed, great view and large shower. Breakfast was o.k with buffet style eggs, bacon and sausages could do with a few inexpensive extras like mushrooms, tomatoes and some fruit, i.e bananas and apples.

Buena ubicación ya que tiene una boca de metro a 3 minutos andando desde la puerta del hotel. Personal muy amable. Limpieza espectacular. Todo perfecto, volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

Location was great, close to metro stations and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. The room and bathroom were comfortable.

The room was a bit small and there was a lot of noise in the area.

The friendliest staff I encountered during my multiple hotel stay in NYC, lovely people. Great central location to Soho, Nolita, Little Italy

The street noise can be a little loud, which is to be expected in NYC, but even on level 19 (one of the top levels) it was a little noisy (Note- I am a person who is bothered by noise though, my wife didn't mind it).

Las habitaciones son viejas, está en una calle no muy linda pero cerca de todo el movimiento de Soho. Me pareció un hotel caro para lo vieja que están las instalaciones. (No están deterioradas) pero creo que pueden modernizar.

地下鉄から近くて便利。 必要なポイントは並に揃っているので、普通使いに良い。 特別スタッフの対応がいいとか、ロビーサービスが良いわけではないが、 ジムがあり、お部屋も綺麗で最低限は超えているので使いやすい。

ロビーがとても寂しい。 部屋にコーヒーマシンはあるがお湯を沸かすケトルがない。

La ubicación es excelente, al lado del metro y Soho. ¡Perfecta! Las habitaciones en general super bien, es un buen hotel de negocio o para ir a pasear por una estadía corta.

The location was great, rooms little small but were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very professional & accommodating especially Jerome.

The hours available for the rooftop patio closes at 11pm

Sehr gute Lage. Schöne Lobby. Morgens kostenlos Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby aber auch gute Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Zimmer ganz oben mit tollem Ausblick. Die Terrasse im zweithöchsten Stock ist genial. Es lohnt sich, den Eintritt dafür zu zahlen. Sowohl der Imbiss am Abend mit Snacks, Salaten, Wein und Bier als auch das Frühstück sind super.

Bäder könnten neuer sein und insgesamt das Zimmer etwas größer aber es ist ausreichend.

This hotel charged two of my cards. Kept telling the cards decline. Now, I have the same charge on two of my credit cards. The street is hard to ealk at night. Does not seem safe.

The rooms were smelling humid. The horel needs renovation. Towels were very old.

The hotel is in a great location, few minutes from Broadway shopping area, right in Soho and close to subway. Room is clean, bed is big and comfortable. However, I have to shout out about the staff, all of them were super nice and helpful, making my stay wonderful.
