we did not have breakfast. The beds were immaculate as well as the bathroom and room in general . The beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked very well.

The coffee in the loby was awful. Like brown water. The remote control for the TV was difficult for us to figure out.

Facility was clean and staff was courteous.

Room was more on the expensive side for what we got.

We were assigned a handicap room...very disappointing. Room was not cleaned as proposed every other day and we had to remind them three times to clean our room.

Close to St. Bonaventure. Older decor, but clean. Ample parking.

The room was quiet. The room was near the elevator. There was an elevator.

That the room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived. Coordinating getting the room cleaned properly never worked out before our check out. I was signed up for the bereavement rate and it wasn’t processed.

Really nice room and super clean. The location couldn't be better if your destination is St. Bonaventure. We were able to leave the car in the parking lot and walk across the street to the basketball game.

I ordered a single room with king bed. Was given a two queens.

The staff was accommodating, friendly and professional.

The Fairfield/Marriott remodel ruined the ambiance of the former County Inn & Suites. Gone is the sweeping staircase and fireplace. You have made this hotel more like a Best Western, run of the mill hotel. Will not stay here again when I come to Olean. Horrible breakfast options, limited yogurt options (you have cheap brands ) coffee was not good. you should upgrade the coffee brand.

Clean carpet and comfortable beds. Everything worked. Staff was friendly. The refrigerator worked and there were adequate charger receptacles.

The lobby furniture was worn; not as new and up to date as most other Marriott facilities we’ve used. The bathroom wallpaper was torn in places; the tub was chipped; the fan was loud but worked but on same switch as the light. The closet door sagged and caught on the carpet.
