Very clean, staff excellent, beautiful clean pool area.

heating unit in the room was very noisy when it started. at 3 am in the morning it started rattling very load had to get up and turn it off so we could get back to sleep.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Tea and coffee stand was great in the main reception with good biscotti!

lack of information. Were told they didn’t have breakfast but were never told they did have a nook with some foods. (we saw it after we checked out) There was no information in the room such as a map of where things were or what was available.

the restaurant and bar service was horrible it took 45 minutes to get a drink and an hour n a half for my daughter to get a scoop of ice cream. I was told multiple times they didn’t have what I wanted to drink and my sons med rare food came out burnt. other tables were served drinks and food way before we were. I was also surprised the store had food, alcohol, laundry items, mouth wash, Benadryl etc but absolutely no Tylenol.

You need to provide more TV channel options- Netflix, on demand, etc
