Staff was rude during check in process. I called day before to see if I could check in 1 hr before check in time. Was told not a problem. But when arrived could not check in. Was told no one would ever give that ok. The girl working the front desk there admitted that she told me that. But management staff claimed she didn’t and contradicted her, in front of her. Never got an apology from management, just excuses. However, the girl who made the mistake meekly apologized when management wasn’t there and admitted to her mistake. Perhaps she was new staff? Otherwise the stay was nice.

Location is great. I did not eat the breakfast. I checked out at 5:55 am and I did see any breakfast.

The bed is hard but not bad

The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. The hotel was better in person than what I expected from seeing the pictures on line. I was pleasantly surprised.

They change the room 3 times. The first floor rooms smells bad and when they change the room for the third time the toilet was broken and leaking water

Our a/c was broke. It said 68, but I was sweating, and I am always cold. There was no air in the hallways, it smelled like a dog. The carpets needed to be clean. Then, the elevators smelled as well. I suspect the carpet was dirty in their too.

Room could've def been cleaner, floor/carpet was sticky, bathroom was dusty and shower curtain was full of holes

The location was close to where I needed to be.

I called ahead and let a staff person know I would be late but still wanted the room I booked and she told me ok. Once I got to the Inn she had took the room I booked off booking. So I had some anxiety but the other staff member assured that she would get me a room. I drove 14 hours with no sleep so I thank God for her getting me a room.

Its walking distance to a number of quality restaurants. The room was clean and ready on my arrival. The staff was excellent from check in to checkout.

The staff was friendly and it was clean. The breakfast was okay.

The mattress was too hard and uncomfortable. . It cause my back to hurt when I slept. The pillows was flat.
