Clean room.

Could not get into my room. They advertise 24 hr front desk but the girl could not check me in as the room door would not open. Was outside without entry for 30 minutes. Tried 3 rooms. 3rd room worked.

Room & bed was nicely decorated and fitted.

Room was nice but the noise when someone used the stairs was beyond loud—it vibrated! Also the heater was so noisy I had to choose between it & the tv. Also I didn’t feel very safe as it is used as a truck stop with huge trucks taking over the parking lot. And the price/rating on Booking should be lower. Very disappointed to say the least.

both fireplaces didn’t work and shower head was clogged, spayed water all over the place

Breakfast wasn’t offered. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly.

Some staff were quite rude and inconsiderate.

There were lots of people hanging around the corridors, outside, smoking etc. It felt unsafe

The hotel was very noisy all night (shouting and banging including the external gate until 4:30 am). This seemed to be due to a lot of guests who knew each other hanging around outside all night.

Room was clean and comfortable, and it was ready when we arrived. Wasn't expecting a refrigerator but we had one - a nice surprise. Liked the hard floor instead of carpet.

Internet service was not working in our corner of the hotel. That's a big deal when you're traveling. And the key-activated gate to enter the property near our room was not working properly, had to take a long way around to another gate.

Do NOT stay at this facility!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Upon check in, I requested for late check out and the worker noted in the system but the next day we receive a phone call from front desk threatened to charge our credit card od $100 if we didn’t check out by 11:45am. There was so many noise throughout the night and residents sitting in the quad of suspicious character which freaks out my family. I was in the area and staying over night so my kid could take his SAT exam at the local high school. I’ve worked in hospitality industry and never experience worst hospitality. I didn’t even feel safe as someone keeps touching our car and alarm last night and this morning.
