El personal nos dio mal la información y nos perdimos el desayuno. Adicionalmente al día siguiente no tenían ni idea de cómo volver al aeropuerto y no sabían que la estación del metro estaba a 500 mts y nos mandaron de vuelta al aeropuerto, mejor decir que no sabes.

The two bartenders. And I do not drink. They were the friendliest staff. Front desk people seemed tired of their job. Didn’t like to answer questions. Just repeated the same words to me like I was from another planet. Couldn’t find my confirmation and were acting like it’s my fault. I had the number in front of them. Sometimes it doesn’t transfer and gets stuck in the computer world.
The mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Looked like they tried to paint over it. The smell in the bathroom was mildew and musty. The room was not dusted or wiped down. We slept with a wasp that lived in our room with us. I didn’t want to use the dirty coffee pot in the room, so I went downstairs and asked for coffee. They charged me $4. They put a ridiculous $300 hold on the room. Hallways needed vacuuming. Mirrors - yuck. They do not offer free coffee.

Proximity to O’hare, excellent shuttle service! Room was nice. Like the way ice machine enclosed. Good thinking.
The lobby needs renovating, looks like a 3rd world country lobby. Coffee machine in room nonfunctional. If it had been functional, not enough team for amount of people assigned to the room. Finally, no grooming amenities (what, no shower cap?!).

There was a disconnect between Booking.com and Marriott. Fortunately Marriott was able to accommodate our reservation.

The bathroom size was nice
The elevators were out and only running a single one at a time. There was no available pool, our duvet on the bed were cleaned however seemed to have had a stain once flipped, and it's impossible to unload conveniently and comfortably due to the fact that you can't actually pull up to the front door of the hotel. I had to meet my food delivery way past the doors and by the car entrance that has the pull up arm.
Sooo with all that and still being charged 40 because it being 30 minutes before noon, on top of the already high price, is a tad bit ridiculous for someone who comes to rosemont three times a year for events. I always wasn't a fan of the fact that their shuttle doesn't go to the convention center when you'd think it would. Even the Hilton has a shuttle go and it's right across the street.

Airport shuttle should be 24 hr, there was NO ROOM SERVICE OR RESTAURANT as advertised, understaffed so staff were stressed and not friendly, not even a bottle opener for the beers sold at front desk. Nickel and dimed for everything (like daily $15 for wifi) .Marriott, you should be embarrassed.

Wow, I expected so much more from Marriott. I won't stay here again.
1) They require to sign up for membership (register an account) to get free Wi-Fi. Not great considering that most hotels provide free wi-fi without this extra step. But I did that and they still charged me $13 + taxes (I suppose this is "telecomm" fee on the final bill). I noticed that only after I had left the hotel. For $250 per night (one of the most expensive options in this area) - really??
2) The staff does not reply to messages on booking.com on time. It takes them several days for them to answer a simple question (if they answer at all)
3) Shuttle service - every 30 minutes during day. However, they ask to call to schedule it. Not convenient.
4) The room was clean, but it looked pretty old-fashioned.

The parking fee. I would have rated them a 10 but I felt the parking fee was too much. I can except $32 total to park for a paying guest; not $32 a night (self parking). Outrageous
