No complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. We couldn’t remember ever staying anywhere that did not have this. Room coffee is always terrible due to powdered creamer.

Staff was friendly. It was clean. Breakfast was good except they seemed a little understaffed. Also free parking.

I didn’t like the lay out in relation to the parking lot. The 3 entrances were poorly marked. I think they were supposed to be AB&C. I only saw 2signs. I like to park close to where my room is. I had to drag luggage up several steep steps. I’m a senior citizen so I could have walked thru lobby with luggage but it was a bit of a hike. The steep stairs plus juggling key card to get entrance doors open. A ramp would help

It felt like an upscale hotel and the price was reasonable. Every single staff member was really nice and always said hi when you passed through the halls. I have never experienced that at other hotels I have stayed at. I really want to point out the staff member named Vladimir. He made our experience the best we could have had and he truly cares about the guests at the hotel. He deserves a raise or promotion. He is customer service oriented and he is consistent with how he delivers it.

I think there should be more Starbucks drinks available

Room was nice, pillows and bed were comfortable.

Bathroom shower curtain was disgusting smelling once it was wet. It smelled like dirty gym socks. We were already in the room for hours before we discovered the smell so we didn't switch rooms. Awful.
