The property is well maintained, well staffed with amazing people the room was clean and comfortable and the food was great.

cleaning lady was really nice

the front disk was not pleasant when I checked in. she gave me hard time. I booked the reservation and added my partner's name so she would have access to the room if she came before me . (based on advice i received my previous stay couple of weeks ago by front disk so the lady insisted that My partner has to be physically present with me to proceed with check in!!! then she asked me to call my partner on the phone and speak with her to give permission to allow me check in even though I made the reservation on booking.com and put my name and my Visa card!! so it was unnecessary inconvenience knowing that I applied advice i got earlier by front disk. Any ways I called, and she gave permission to her then she allowed me to check in!!

Got charged twice one from booking and Marriott almost 700 for one night

Good location, overall clean and modern.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable for my preference (way too soft). We were in lower level and the noise from external air conditioning was at times very loud.

Staff having attitude. I had the impression I was disturbing the receptionist that had a superiority complex while checking in.

The customer service was excellent by all hotel staff including valet, housekeeping, front desk and the restaurant employees.

The pool & outdoor lounging areas were perfect!

The wifi cost extra, as did the breakfast - would have been better if those were included.

Staff was outstanding. The location was good and in a decent part of Torrance. The room was clean and spacious.

They nickel and dime you for almost everything: parking, breakfast, Wi-Fi etc. You can't plug any of your own devices into the TV, and there were multiple nights during the work week that I was kept awake by parties and loud people on the outside lawn/patio. We were on the 8th floor, and we could hear almost everything going on down there.

The latre HVAC equipment in front of the apartment was very loud. Not a good experience!

The swimming pool area was a little in distress on Sunday. The water in the jacuzzi was dirty. The workers at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday nights were not too helpful.

It’s near and accessible

Check in time was too late, 4pm? And to check out at 11am. Paying too much only to stay for less than a day seems to extreme. I asked for an early check out nobody even replied to my request.
