It was 10 mins away from everything that we wanted to do, so it was easily accessible to go anywhere, including Bricktown, restaurants etc

When we got there, the whole entrance smells like marihuana. There was nobody at the front desk for and we had to wait for a good ten mins for somebody to appear. They didn’t ask for ID or anything to prove my reservation (just asked for “name” and charged me without even explaining the hours of the place or anything). The rooms were ok at best, at least it was clean. The TVs didn’t work with anything. Just cable. And only two channels. There were ANTS. EVERYWHERE. they were getting on the bed too. There was no room cleaning throughout the stay. We had to re use the same towels and sheets throughout the stay. The breakfast that was supposed to be included WASNT INCLUDED. They tried to charge me for it and said they didn’t do included breakfasts. I’m still waiting to see if they’re gonna charge me for it. It was poor, too. At least some of the staff was friendly and helpful. The rest I really wouldn’t recommend

i liked this hotel. it was clean, friendly, and comfortable. A great location for what we needed and very easy to get to.

We had room 109. my son is in a wheelchair. We normally don’t request a handicap accessible room, but this room was tiny and because of how it was set up, it was not possible to navigate the wheelchair into the main pet of the room. our fault for not requesting a specific room. but like i said, we normally don’t need one.

It took over 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower, started to cool back down after a few minutes

Disappointed

My charges including room charge, occupancy sales TAX, city tax was $181.46 . It was charge on my card 190.00 MY trust was totally lost and very disappointed. I have to call them to report and let them fix the problem. Be watchful !

The only thing that I didn’t care for was their carts. They only had two and they were very small.

Where to start ? First , The foam/headboard cover was ripped on arrival . When we went down to get another one the night shift lady at the front desk said she would see if she had one left . When she found one and gave it to us she didn’t say a word . No I’m sorry yours is torn or sorry for the trouble . Second, the phone in the room was messed up evidently because when we called down to the Food/coffee part down stairs the lady was rude and said I can’t hear you , call the front desk . When we called the front desk the phone seemed ok . But the lady on the night shift was short with us as well . Third , when we went down at 9:00 p. m. To get something to eat at the Bistro it was closed “ even though it states it’s open till 10:00 pm . When the lady downstairs running everything saw us she was on her personal cellphone and went and hid in the back so she wouldn’t have to deal with us . At that point all we had was a simple question . Fourth the WiFi was horrible ! Although that was just a minor problem . We lived the lady in charge in the day shift . Very structured and professional . But the night shift was awe full . Over all it was just an ok stay .

If we had been able to stay in the room we paid for it would have been very nice. Nice beds, clean, and the view and overall space would have been nice. The food that was served was pretty tasty.

The room we paid for was not cleaned on arrival so we were put in another room, a much smaller room even though the beds we both queens we paid to have a larger room size. When we asked the front desk clerk she said the price would be the same since they do not charge on the size of the room but the size of the beds. The staff was also very rude, not only to us but to each other.

Air conditioning was not working properly

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Pool was closed due to leak in 100+ degree weather. Not noted on website ahead of time. Ice machines broken or missing. Room was tiny! No room to even move between furniture. Double billed by booking.com and hotel for 1 night stay as I moved to another hotel due to poor accommodations.
