No breakfast 😢 which should be offered free with the price of a night's stay in this price range.
Elevator at our end of the building was not functioning forcing a long walk or stairs. Stair exit did not allow departure at the front of the building. Forcing another long walk. Had to ask three times for the toilet in our room to be cleaned. No shuttle service to nearby airport. Bar/ restaurant closed during normal business hours.

We often book this hotel for family & friends because of it proximity to home. I am also a Marriott Bon Voy member, so I look for Marriott hotels.
The hotel advertises a restaurant and a bar; however, both were closed on Sundays without any notice on the website. On Super Bowl Sunday no less this forced us to acquire meals outside of the hotel. We were told this was a decision by the manager. Had we known this we would’ve booked elsewhere. In addition, we asked for a quiet room; however, we were given a room between floors, next to the trash, dumpster and adjacent to the freeway. In what world with this be a quiet room?

I have reserved this hotel through booking .com for July 4th -5th. however, due to a system error, it happen 3-4 days before, while I was on the cruise and was not able to check my email which they confirmed and completed my booking with complete charges! so not only I had to rent another place for the date that I needed. I also had to pay for the date that I was not there and I did not reserve! as I explain to the hotel staff they refer me to booking.com and booking.com passed me back to the Hotel staff.

The staff wasn't nosy or annoying, when we extended our stay they were very courteous and didn't threaten to kick us out by a certain time like most hotels do, very professional
