Everything was perfect. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel was very close to korean business (which was my purpose of this trip). The rooms were spacious.

Wish the cleaning staff checked on us little bit more often. The couch had number of stains. Wish it had a swimming pool.

Breakfast was reliably very good, always with eggs, oatmeal (w/topping) and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful with our many odd requests.

We've stayed here over the years. Breakfast was good. Everything is close by, like Starbucks and Giant.

The property was attractive and extremely clean. Our room was extremely large and nicely laid out with a sofa, computer area, and a nice view.

The room was very humid, even with the A/C on. The bathtub also looked like it could use replacing or at least an industrial-strength scrubdown. The carpet also felt disgustingly damp. A possible reason for this… On our second night, there was a heavy rain and the ceiling began leaking in at least two places while we were sleeping. The carpet by the window was completely soaked, the bathroom sink area had water coming down the wall, and the sprinkler near the bed and tv began dripping water onto the carpet. Luckily we didn’t sustain any badly damaged personal property, just some wet clothes and toiletry bags. The front desk assigned us to a room right next door so we were able to quickly move our things and our sleeping kids. In the morning, the manager gave us a 50% discount for the one night. The setup where they have breakfast is laid out in a way that can create bottlenecks, and the seating area by the windows has integrated cushions to separate the seating areas into 2-tops only, not adjustable.

The location was near everything and close to the highway. Breakfast was better than most places since the pandemic. Hotel associates were pleasant and helpful!
