Washroom were the worst, no plug was working except one

tv didn’t work no one was at the lobby so we had to go across the street to another hotel to check in and no phone in the room so if I needed anything I had to walk all the way to the other hotel no ice no food machine and it was dirty

The room smelled so bad that I had a headache in the first five minutes I stayed in the room. Therefore, we had to leave the room and book another hotel. The carpet was filthy. The bed was dirty, the restroom falling apart. I spent just five minutes in the room, and I returned the key.

Unfortunately, I didn't like anything.

They don't serve breakfast and the rooms are infested with roaches and even the rats and mice run under the doors. This hotel is worse than a motel.

If they had the room I paid for available. If the staff would speak English so the customer could understand what's going on because if I haven't been reimbursed that means that they have stolen my money because they said I wouldn't be charges especially since I declined the room 2 minutes after i received it and didn't stay Also, they needs pest control to come out there and do something about the rats and roaches infiltrating the rooms. The TV is always out of wack everything looks disgusting. They need new management.

Horrible place this should not even be on your website. Rodents and all. I left.

Around and 10 to 10:30pm Had about 5 to 8 police officers trying to kick me out of my hotel room I booked online through this site saying I don't belong in this hotel room to which they were convinced I was trespassing the hotel property

So so poor hotel very bad smell

missing bed spread, instead a sheet covers the bed, 2 square pillows instead a normal pillows for bed, curtain bath was ripped in the top, curtain rods was rusty and loose, rusty and holes in bottom of door frame, no lights above vanity, no chairs, holes above beds and bathroom missing a picture or frames.

Wifi was very weak . room was clean but there was a hole on the blanket it was a smoke damage (cigarette), why you cover the bed with something it' was damaged ???

Absolutely Nothing

Oh my goodness. Not even sure where to start. Was it the rats scurrying around the office? Perhaps the pervasive smell of urine? The fact that it took the front desk 3 tries to find us a marginally acceptable room (no AC or working fridge in one, the second not cleaned)? The lack of hot water in the shower? Exposed wires in the outlets? Cracked toilet? And let's talk about the general run down condition of the property with rust and grime everywhere. This place should literally be condemned. Wyndham should be ashamed to associate their name with this... place. I don't care how good the deal you get is - I promise you will overpay.
