-paid parking=rip off - 1st room= door unlocked, place unmade - breakfast not served at 9 even though site says till 10 -Ice machine terrible

The Starbucks in the lobby was closed the entire stay and that was the main reason I selected this property

Very nice hotel room - clean and comfortable! Chris at reception was an extreme pleasure!! Very nice customer service going above and beyond to accommodate us. (As an older couple, we appreciated the first floor room that Chris made possible for us to stay.) The hotel was very conveniently located off the interstate and close to a great variety of shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was within a couple minutes from our hotel.

We had no complaints whatsoever.

We loved that the property was located right near the interstate and easy to find. It was surrounded by tons of different styles of restaurants to try. The checking in was smooth.

The staff member was pretty short and didn’t have a personality that seemed too welcoming. She was knowledgeable though. the bed was quite firm while the pillows were too soft so it made for an uneven night sleeping wise

The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the shampoo and conditioner and the sanitized remote control.

We paid for three nights. They put three nights' worth of holds on my debit card and gave me a parking pass for three nights. But after the second night, the manager, Chris, called me in the middle of the day, and very rudely and aggressively called me and told me to come get our things or they were going to charge me for a third night. When I tried to explain to him that I already paid for a third night, he wouldn't listen. This was very upsetting and stressful, and I was in the middle of a work conference. But I spend one hour on the phone with priceline, then booking, then the hotel manager again to get it sorted out. But the hotel but another $400 of holds on my debit card. That total almost $1,000 worth of holds for a $488 hotel stay. Also, event though a "hot breakfast" was advertised for our stay, there was not one. We were told that the person who works the breakfast was "on leave." And we were denied any compensation for paying for something that we did not get. There is no elevator, and there are no luggage carts. We have a special needs child, and using the stairs and carrying our child and all the supplies for our child up and down stairs was an extreme inconvenience. The wifi went in and out. The was no anti bacterial soap, just a cheap and ineffective shower gel.

The front desk clerk was not very friendly. We arrived at 10:40 pm tired from driving. She wasn’t very helpful with explaining where room was located. Then our key wouldn’t open the outside entrance door. Had to go back to the front desk. Again, not very friendly or apologetic. Website does not mention fee for dogs. Since I’m honest I told clerk we had a dog. Was charged $75.00 plus taxes for total of $87.93 to have our dog. Will never stay there again!

Always clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and lot of great restaurants near by.

We got to the property and they changed my room without notifying me. Had to get them to upgrade me to the room I chose.

The hotel was very clean, staff was so nice and very helpful. The location is awesome. Shopping malls and restaurants all around. So much to do.

i wish there was a better breakfast & i keep requesting a first floor room but it doesn’t seem to be communicated and i never get it

The room was amazing, comfortable and gorgeous!

Housekeeping staff started banging on our door at 7:30 a.m. to wake us up. They named on the door a second time as well. I complained to the person at the desk when we checked out, but he didn't seem to care.

It was clean.

The echos in the hall are loud when people are going to and from room.
