The hotel was not great for the price - wont stay again

Location and comfort

Dirty room - Some of the towels had stains on them (yellow and pink). We discovered there was dirt under the bed the next day and the kitchen counters had stains on them.

Pleasant

When I checked in they couldn't find me, than locked me out of my room early. So they had to fix that and they didn't have my up grade told me my room was standard. When I checked my account I was charged for the upgrade. Sad
