The fact that it was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating.
Not having being able to change from the 1st floor to the second to enjoy the balcony setting.

They were very accommodating after a nearby Hilton Garden Inn gave away our confirmed room on Sat night. We booked last minute and arrived 20 min later. Even though there was a large group in the lounge after a wedding the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure to put us in a quiet part of the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast option was an in lobby Starbucks which is pretty pricey.

No USB connections, out of date radio, generally behind other hotel rooms that I have stayed in. Also, air/heating was excessively noisy so much so that sleep was disrupted. Requested court yard room and was told that I didn’t rank high enough at Mariott to get priority to get room.

it’s convenient for us as to where we need to stay near family.
they don’t have food other than a few hours in the morning. No real restaurant. There should be. I felt bad when I saw several people show up in a weekday right after 9:30 and they couldn’t even get coffee because they have no help there after 9:30 am

Every staff member was not only courteous but actually helpful! Starbucks in the lobby for those who NEED that early morning.
