Location was great

Dirty. Hot tub does not work. Was supposed to get a discount but checked my credit card and charged me over what I should have been charged

Nice area to walk in 

staff was not helpful. water was Luke warm for showers no hot water. rooms either ran really cold or warm.

That I had an option to bring our puppy but didn't.

The room I entered appeared clean but the AC was busted open. Looked like someone was in the middle of doing repairs and left.

No pool, no breakfast, and so far, no call from management as requested

Location perfect - close to highway, but secluded and rural. Staff friendly and helpful. Room totally clean. All appliances in good working order.

Breakfast was horrible as to hot items - frightening scrambled eggs and greasy sausage patties - yuck! Trash barrels outside overflowing with lots of trash on the ground around them.

My booking was not the correct type of room to accommodate our needs. I have a screenshot of the room that it said I was booking (it was more expensive then the standard room). The booking page then listed different accommodations after the room was booked. I informed the staff at the hotel at the time of check in about this error. They agreed that something was wrong. I was told that I could cancel my reservation without a charge because of this issue and that was not true. We paid for a room that we didn't even use because we were told that there would be no charge. Would not recommend this hotel or this website because they are both unhelpful and dishonest. I have called the hotel 3 times in a month and have yet to hear back from the manager and have gone through booking.com as well with no response to the issue. If they say they will cancel with no charge, do not trust them. I can't believe they lied to my face like that. I didn't think places actually operated like that anymore.

The location was close to the venue I was going back and forth too.

I was charged extra for a night that needed to be cleared up. It was eventually corrected. But I'm still waiting on the correction to hit my account. Also I didn't enjoy the breakfast I felt it could have been more of a variety of food.

The breakfast was disappointing and not what I expected. The services of the front desk staff was the best part of my experience of my stay.

The non-existence of the food /cafe specialty center. Poor and less than daily room housekeeping. Very dirty bathroom door floor and bar soap left in the shower from a previous guest.

run down. Our room had a light bulb out. We were moved to a different room because the first one smelled like pet urine. The breakfast did not offer waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon. Basic breakfast items like cereal, toast/bagel and oatmeal were the menu.

The room and hotel is very cute! They let me pick which floor I would like to stay on. I felt very safe in the parking lot getting there in the dark.

For one thing, they charge $75 extra which is doubling the cost for my 10 lb poodle. Felt taken advantage of. No restaurant open like in their pictures. Room could have been cleaner.

Room was clean

The pool was closed which I was not made aware of prior, the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the room was supposed to have 2 queen beds and it was clearly 2 full size beds, the sheets on the bed were inside out,the room clearly hasn't been updated in the last 3 decades, the "continental breakfast " was a hard bagel and a package of oatmeal, some of the outlets didn't work, staff never told us how to get to our room or even where the elevator was. Upon leaving, the hotel staff had their cleaning carts literally in the middle of the hallway, so I had to physically move them to get down the hall. I have stayed at other Sonesta hotels and had great experiences. This one was not worth the money at all.

Horrible breakfast. There was not many options and not stocked well.
