It was very clean. Convenient, and large parking lot.

Staff was not very welcoming 😕 No breakfast unless you pay for it....with the high cost of the room, they should at MINIMUN offer some kind of continental breakfast. The room was not nearly as large as the pictures on line. Bathroom didn't even have an exhaust fan, so when you exit the shower, get ready to sweat. A bottle of water cost $4.00...what in the world! That was unreal. No complimentary items, such as soap, lotion, mouthwash, shower cap.... Nothing was left in the bathroom, except one very tiny bar of hand soap and a roll of TP.

Room was very clean. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, very nice. Staff very friendly. They even were able to recover some items I left behind after checkout. Friends picked up for me. Thank you all Courtyard staff.

Everything was fine

We were told the hotel ran a shuttle to the Burbank Airport before we booked and then found out they didn’t after we checked in! Very upsetting!

I liked that there was a front desk attendee very early in the morning. The room was great and clean.

I did not enjoy the à la carte breakfast and was disappointed with the very small creamers. I get drip coffee free in my room and free in the lobby but no food.

The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The equipment in the business center was dated and didn’t work properly. They had tree trimmers outside of my window early every morning I was there when I really needed to sleep. I understand that upkeep needs to be done, but they could’ve started a little bit later to accommodate sleeping hotel guests. So I worked late every night and didn’t get enough sleep because of being woken up bright and early.
