Cancelled the reservation. Was charged anyway. Currently disputing the charge

The hotel was in a very good location downtown. close to the river and only a short walk to Beale Street. The Civil Rights Museum was only a 15 minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and always very cool and comfortable.

Nothing stood out. Just a good basic hotel

Area was not good. Police everywhere.

I liked the Location of the hotel and the Breakfast Options.

I did not like the attitude of the Front Desk Staff; the extended ringing of the telephone before someone at the front desk answered my call from the room; the un-emptied garbage can that was in my room when we got there nor did I like being charged $29.00 per night for Valet Parking after being told by Booking.com that the charge was $25.00 per night. Ofcourse, I was told that it was Booking.com's fault for not updating their system, after they were told to do so on numerous occasion.

Kann ich nichts zu sagen, da das Hotel die Buchungsnummer mit dem Argument abgelehnt hat, nicht im System zu finden. Somit mussten wir uns in der Nacht spontan ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Vermutlich waren die Zimmer überbucht und wir konnten trotz Buchungsbeleg nicht einchecken. Keine Kommunikation vorhanden. Kann ich jedem nur von abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Never staying here again

Our room was nasty upon check on, and there were what seemed to be bodily fluids on our sheets. There was no night staff to help us besides Demetrius. The night shift front desk lady did not budge to accommodate us at any point in the 3 hours that we were begging for amenities and clean linen, and the maintenance man had to come and change the bodily fluid soiled sheets. I had to go 4 floors down to the front desk 3 times to ask for things such as soap, trash can liners, batteries for the tv remote, towels, and clean linen. Toilet had a ring, both beds had visibly dirty linen, hair in and on the tub, no liners in trash cans, TV remote didn’t work, kitchenette light did not work. We began asking for clean linen around 9:30P and were not able to go to bed until after midnight due to them having to find linen and clean the room while we were there waiting. We booked the room 2 business days in advance so there was no excuse. Demetrius was the only person attempting to help. We only stayed 1 night and it was a complete disaster.
