Very comfortable place to stay.

Breakfast was great! Perfect amount of food and excellent coffee. Everyone that worked there was super friendly.

I will not be returning to this facility in the furutre>

Breakfast - Good. Location - Excellent

The facility has seen it's day. It is well worn with chips in the plaster and the woodwork. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever experienced. Setting the air conditioner temp on cool was futile. My unit entry door required a "punch" with my shoulder. The clerk forgot to code my key for 2 days, causing problems when I went to enter my room on day 2.

Clean room.

Super old hotel. Gym was not working and nobody told me when I asked if they had one. Staff was rude.

Very clean and convenient for getting to the airport.

Very clean. We chose this hotel because of the park and fly service. Very convenient and offered at the time we needed: 4:30am.

Great for a work trip. Had everything I needed.

Staff were very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast, shuttle rides, and hot tub were my favorites. Juan was very helpful.

TV didn’t work in 2 rooms but finally worked in the 3rd room I was moved in. Pillows were too soft. Air wouldn’t actually get as cold as I preferred.

Kitchen staff should pay attention when to refill foods. Twice in a row we had to wait!

Front desk staff knocked to our door around 7am checking for a water leaked. I was really disappointed because we needed to rest a bit longer due to 8 hours drive back home. Parking lot needs some improvement.

It was a very good, very clean, and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, staff was average(not bad)

Breakfast was fantastic! Bed was super comfortable. Shuttle was clean, driver was super friendly, and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. 24 hour beverages and fruit were nice too. I would stay there again.

I was bummed out that the hot tub was not working because I was really looking forward to it. The staff was friendly, but a couple of them kind of made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I asked a question.

Hotels great but parking can be challenging

Met my expectations for the price. The room was nice. The hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn't super impressive, but ok. Be sure to ask the front desk how to use the mini fridge though.

They didn't appear to have much of a snow removal plan at all, considering they get their fair share of snow. Vehicles sat unmoved for days covered on snow, which caused issues with parking and getting the lot cleaned properly. Parking was horrible, so you had to either get creative or park elsewhere.

good for the price

I liked that it was close to the airport and the shuttle was able to take me to the airport and mall of America and that breakfast was included with the stay.

sheets and pillow cases were a bit dirty with some stains and I feel like they could of served a little more real food for breakfast like bacon or some potatoes and or maybe some make your own waffles.

Location

Hot tub closed. The reason we picked this location. Staff said temporary shut down but signs it was closed wrinkled ftom humidity.bstaff said to see them ar front desk in the morning after we complained. Problem was no one at the front desk when we left. Our last stay at one of your hotels in Crawfordsville Indiana was great, a total 180 from this location..

easy to get to. Curbside appeal is good. access to check-in and to our room was good. parking was plentiful.
