Multiple bedrooms and spacious unit

AC was blowing air but not cold air and I do t think I saw the thermostat go lower than 76 degrees regardless of the set temperature

It was awesome it wasn't really anything about the hotel that I didn't like.Me and my family really had a ball and really enjoyed ourselves.

There was a very good location for our event in Alpharetta. It was very clean comfortable. Coffee and breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it. It was a good value. 

The air conditioner was noisy, I didn’t think it was necessary to charge for parking. It gives you the feeling that they’re nickel and diming you. 

Location was very nice.

The room was very spacious,but the flooring should be replaced. The mattress was lumpy and out of shape. Toilet paper holder was broken. Also there was dirty towels left in the bathroom. Also they slipped in the deposit and 12 bucks for parking. Either booking.com doesn't know anything about this. But they added another roughly twenty plus more dollars than I was quoted.

Great location, close to several places to eat as well as supermarkets.

The room was great clean and it was no hassle bringing my dog

They charge you $7 a day for parking and if you bring a pet there's a $100 pet cleaning fee.

The staff was excellent! James and Olimpia made our stay wonderful. They made us feel at home.

It's just me but the dark color rugs need attention. Not many options for breakfast.

I liked how fast the check-in process was and how friendly the front desk staff was.

Room 222 refrigerator was loud kept us awake throughout the night had to unplug it to sleep. The air conditioning was very loud in the room as well. Every thing else was fine.

was double charged and charged a different rate than the rate booked when I arrived, even though I prepaid. When I requested a refund, I was told to request it through booking.com. After arguing, I was finally able to get my credit card charge reversed, but credit was not available during my trip.

Having stayed there pre-pandemic, the food and drink amenities were sad by comparison. Also, door and entry locks on room and building were old and poorly maintained, sometimes not opening at all or getting stuck open and difficult and noisy to open.

Staff was nice. Close to where I had a meeting so very convenient.
