The room smelled like smoke; the request for service failed, as we were told that the room would be cleaned on two occasions and wasn't; smokers were not using the designated areas, but rather the patio; never delivered a package that was sent to the hotel for me; the beds were not true queen size: and finally, it was definitely not a good value for the size of the room.

We stayed for 7 nights. Had plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. Liked the night stands with power for my charger on both sides of the bed. There was plenty of ice in the machine. The little couch was nice with two little tables. Enjoyed free showtime. Plenty of room for my husband and me. The location was near the highway and easy to get to where we wanted.

Would have liked a tub with the shower.

The location is convenient.

Breakfast should go until 11am... I am not an early morning person and should still get SOMETHING to eat, even if it's bagels and muffins that are room temp.

The free complimentary breakfast and area were very nice. The Free Wi-Fi was indeed free...stronger internet wifi available at a small charge for "Gamers", the free was fine for me and it actually worked! My phone and email service worked fine off of the free wifi and I was able also to watch my favorite TV on my laptop, again, for free. That's a nice plus.

I was NOT pestered....Housekeeping paid attention to my DO NOT DISTURB sign, which is important to me.

Had to request room service twice as first request was not tended to. Needed trash emptied and fresh towels Smoking allowed in front of the building. Our room was above and cigarette smoke was filtering into our room.

Near and clean. Loved the outside tables and landscaping. The front desk staff was accommodating and gave me a quiet room that was spacious and had microwave fridge plenty of space for clothes .

The entrance from the highway is hard to identify. I had to pull.into the service station next door to get a better view of where to enter the driveway.

The front receptionist was only nice person

Pulled up had a group of people blasting there music to the point that the front desk staff asked what was that an I told her a group of ppl in the parking lot an she said if they don't stop im goin to have to call the cops so I got my room key went to the room
