staff and facilities were great. room was comfy

the air conditioner blows right at the bed. so even if you turn the temp up when it kicks on you still freeze for a while.

The breakfast we got took forever and was awful. Paid $40 for 2 people and threw mine away. Everything else was great.

The beds were comfortable, and plenty of parking.

It was very noisy as it is off a main road. Didn’t see any staff. the room was never cleaned while I was there, even after they asked if I wanted it clean.

Comfortable and well structured

The system of the hotel didn’t worked properly, once in booking.com appear a different price and options in the reservation. The main problem with the system was that the breakfast was included, but suddenly has changed in the hotel system.

The lobby is fairly newly renovated and the bar was a pleasant spot to spend the evening. Onsite laundry is a huge plus for those staying multiday - hard to find elsewhere. Ample parking and easy access to elevators.

The rest of the hotel seemed dated - finishings and furnishings alike. There is a newer television in the room that didn't work upon arrival. I always assumed that would be in some sort of post room cleaning check list mainly because every other Marriott property I've stayed in has the TV on with your name appearing. Pillows are extremely too soft and the mattresses are obviously past their life span - not comfy at all.

The rooms could use some updating, fresher colors for walls and furniture. The heating system was particularly noisy.

I loved how there was a seating area in my room. I also loved how there was a smart tv and Netflix. my stay was great! I loved how there was access to a computer as well.

inadequate parking

Breakfast was not compilatory so, that was a drawback especially, since Dunkin Donuts was north of the hotel meaning could only pull out of the driveway to the south so, that made it extremely difficult to go get coffee in the morning. If fact, so hard it wasn't worth going after it. Location was good. Close to both routes 9 and the Mass Pike and easily accessible.

Need provide more coffee packets in the room. 2 is not cutting on a 3 day stay.
