Breakfast was good and the lady attending the area was the sweetest.
My vehicle was stolen and staff showed no empathy. Front desk girl seemed annoyed when we asked for help. Stated the company was not responsible for what happens on their property therfore couldn't provide help, however she was willing to call the police for us.

Breakfast, convince of location.
The parking lot is extremely dark, no cameras on property so vehicles are not safe.
The staff was made aware of the dangers of theft on their property, they advised that I should park in the front of building where it was safer. We'll, my truck was stolen from the "safe" place in their lot. All I received was "sorry we don't have cameras and aren't responsible for what happens outside of the building."

We loved it and will defiantly stay again when in the area!
The sign for the pool says 11 and it was closed well before that so we had gotten in a little late and was unable to enjoy it

Layout of the room.
Pillows were super flat. Absolutely no head support. The staff member said he would let house keeping know to set aside more Pillows for me the next day. When I came back, another staff member said they had 4 Pillows left and gave them away. There's absolutely no communication between staff members. I won't be coming back to this place.

The staff were amazing and made sure we had a shuttle available at midnight due to our plane landing later. All of the staff were great and very friendly!!! The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, sausage, and eggs as well as many other items. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Bed was so used (so soft) and my back feel tired. I found a dead cockroach on the carpet by the bed and a small spider that I killed. More Clean needed.
